The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
- they are not used
- they are not commercially distorted
- they are accompanied by the documents issued at the time of purchase and all the conditions of article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law have been met.
When returning the goods, the transportation costs are at the expense of the USER, except in cases of wrongly shipped or defective goods.

Goods whose return or claim cannot be accepted due to non-fulfillment of the above conditions of return will be sent back to the customer at his own expense.
